At ZariEssence, we take pride in creating and delivering unique decorative incense burners with care and attention to detail. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and for quality assurance purposes, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preferences.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or purchased by mistake. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and images before completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Upon review, we may provide a replacement item or another suitable resolution at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed to ensure timely fulfillment. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been submitted.
Shipping Delays
ZariEssence is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to first contact the shipping carrier directly. ZariEssence is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
