Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ZariEssence is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

ZariEssence is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
